By downloading, installing, or using Return to Self ("the App"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you disagree with any part of these terms, then you may not access the App.

Description of Service

Return to Self is a mobile wellness application designed to provide users with mindfulness exercises, guided meditations, calming soundscapes, and daily affirmations. The App is intended for personal wellness and mindfulness practice.

User Responsibilities

By using Return to Self, you agree to:

• Use the App only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms
• Not attempt to reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble the App
• Not use the App if you are under 13 years of age without parental consent
• Take responsibility for your own well-being while using the App
• Consult with healthcare professionals for serious mental health concerns

Privacy and Data

Return to Self is designed with privacy as a core principle:

• We do not collect, store, or transmit any personal data
• All app data is stored locally on your device
• No usage analytics or tracking is performed
• The App works completely offline after initial sound downloads

The App includes optional advertisement viewing through Google AdMob:

• User Choice Only: Advertisements are never displayed automatically. You must actively choose to watch an ad.
• Google AdMob: When you voluntarily choose to watch an ad, Google AdMob may collect and process information according to Google's privacy policy.
• No Tracking Until You Choose: No advertising-related data collection occurs until you actively decide to watch an advertisement.

Intellectual Property

The App and its original content, features, and functionality are and will remain the exclusive property of Furkan Kolcu and its licensors. The App is protected by copyright, trademark, and other laws. Our trademarks and trade dress may not be used in connection with any product or service without our prior written consent.

App Store Terms

If you downloaded the App from the Apple App Store or Google Play Store, you acknowledge and agree that:

• These Terms are between you and Furkan Kolcu only, not with Apple Inc. or Google Inc.
• Furkan Kolcu is solely responsible for the App and its content
• Apple and Google are third-party beneficiaries of these Terms and may enforce them
• You must comply with applicable third-party terms when using the App

Termination

You may terminate your use of the App at any time by deleting the App from your device. These Terms will remain in effect until terminated by either you or us. We may terminate or suspend your access immediately, without prior notice or liability, for any reason whatsoever.

Changes to Terms

We reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to modify or replace these Terms at any time. Since we do not collect user contact information, we cannot send notifications about changes.
